She is also a member of the MedStart Advisory Board. Evelyn has a passion for workforce development in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math fields and visualizes a vibrant Sacramento where innovative companies thrive here as a result of a robust workforce. Evelyn is working to help make that happen by aligning students and career opportunities in STEM.
Rita Phillips performs Reference Checks and Special Projects for Avanti. Rita’s extensive and broad-based HR experience emanates from a long career as a manager and a supervisor with the Federal Government.
Rita provides informative and comprehensive reference checking, enabling clients to gain valuable insight about potential candidates. Rita’s ability to ask the right questions and provide meaningful input help meet the challenge of matching Talent with the right opportunity.
Rita also assists CEO Evelyn Milani with ongoing functions. She employs finely honed skills, dedication, and passion to enhance and maintain Avanti’s operations and its reputation as a leader in the staffing industry.
As the Client Manager, Christina’s role is integral to help achieve our monthly goals. In this role, Christina oversees a smooth workflow for candidate outreach, improves operations, and troubleshoots any delays in attaining feedback from clients. Christina processes weekly payroll, creates client invoices, handles scheduling, and tracks monthly placements.
