As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide technical support to end users and assist with upgrading and configuring workstations in a Windows environment. You will work with both the Help Desk and Network Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• 1+ year of experience providing Desktop Support in a Windows environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• MCSE or A+ Certifications preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing technical documents
