This is a full time, direct hire position with a base salary to $150,000, flexibility with a foundation of work/life balance, 401k, company bonus, health benefits, generous time off benefits.
In this role, the ideal candidate will architect, design and implement new programs that create business efficiencies and improve member experience for health plans in Marketing, Sales, Business Strategy, Product, Legal/Compliance, Provider Network Development, Enrollment & Billing, Care Management, Claims, Customer Service/Call Center, Data Analytics, Financial Reporting.

• Over 10 years of health plan line management and/or commensurate consulting experience.
• Professional experience with branding, digital marketing/service, and/or product development/management highly desirable with the commensurate technology systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Certifications are a plus.
