About the Role

The Senior Program Manager is a leadership role within the Strategic Initiatives function, responsible for leading key programs aimed at driving growth and delivering value across the organization.  In concert with the Senior Director and executive leadership team, the Senior Program Manager will oversee an implementation program with substantial impacts on our people, processes, and technology.  This specific role reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and is structured as an individual contributor role that will build a high-performing team of resources dedicated to this high-impact program (various functions and stakeholders).  If you have a passion for leading an entire program end-to-end, pulling all the pieces and stakeholders together, and working collaboratively across diverse teams then this role might be a great fit.  You will lead efforts that will ultimately create a repeatable, quality focused, “patient-first” delivery system.

Key Outputs

  • Builds the strategy and oversees the implementation of an efficient, repeatable operating model that will optimize patient outcomes via EHR, practice management and revenue cycle technology and workflow improvements to accommodate the organization’s fast growth and expansion.
  • Builds a high-performing, cross-functional team responsible for delivering a solid operational foundation that will support growth efforts and deliver a great experience for our patients, clinicians, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds end-to-end project scope definition for technology implementation

EHR Software Trainer

    Salary: Salary to $83,000
    Location: 100% remote

    Our client leads the way for providing Behavioral Health services to people all over the US and is expanding to better the outcomes for people who require help with mental health needs.
